If the submission succeeds, a confirmation link will be returned to your email address. When you have confirmed your email address by activating the confirmation link, the request will be processed.

Below, you must specify either A) a UiO user account, or B) a new username.
A) If you have a UiO user account, then enter your UiO login name. This will work with your ordinary UiO login password. This password should not be entered below.
UiO username (lower case letters)
B) If you don't have a UiO user account, then suggest a new username, consisting of your initials or some of the first letters in your last and first name. (The request will be rejected if the suggested username is already taken before the request has been handled)
New username (4 - 8 capital letters) For alternative B only: Enter a password for the new user. The password must be at least 9 characters long, and contain at least two upper case and two lower case letters, a number, and a special character (not a letter or number).
